finished hip hop cardio. will do another month in march
my knees HURT. i can feel the ligaments start to act up. resting for a few days
maybe some upper body work or the elliptical.

sunday is usually my rest day.
saturday just depends

Doing some Hip Hop ABS tonight and some upper body work with weights. Gotta get better with diet, been stress eating. I think I might have to start a diet journal.

i always have one day in the week where im not lifting or doing cardio, usually saturdays

at the moment i have two days off in the week. wed and saturday. my training split will depend on how i feel

I have two rest days but even those are not really restful since I am on my feet cooking, cleaning and doing other stuff. LOL

the coffee without sugar or milk is starting to taste better

i actualy had two cups this am



and have had no desire for the sweet stuff

in the metro there was story of a new zealander who drank four (yes 4) 2.5l bottles of coke per day

that put me straight off
