I have no clue how I am going to power through my workout tomorrow.. I am still so sore from Monday and this is actually my rest day because I can't get to the gym with class and work on Tuesdays and Thursdays.. My legs and bootay are on FIRE, still..
 
Question: Do you all work out every single day or do you all do rest days?

finished hip hop cardio. will do another month in march
my knees HURT. i can feel the ligaments start to act up. resting for a few days
maybe some upper body work or the elliptical.

sunday is usually my rest day.
saturday just depends

Doing some Hip Hop ABS tonight and some upper body work with weights. Gotta get better with diet, been stress eating. I think I might have to start a diet journal.
