This juicing is doing a number on my tummy. I had to eat a couple Hershey kisses to stop from passing out at work. I think ill have to add one solid meal a day of fish or chicken and some veggies.

Thanks for the advice. I think I will eat more chicken with my meal. I know what you mean by the carbs. I lose weight rather quickly when I lower my carbs.. I am just running out of ideas. I eat the same old, same old all of the time and it gets boring really quick. I need some ideas.
