afro it was baked chicken--2 drumsticks and OJ. not the healthiest thing but not the worse either. im hoping to finish the day with a protein shake and tea. ive been soo naughty

I've been trying to eat fruit when I'm hungry but it does absolutely nothing for my appetite! I try to eat a large amount but I end up getting sick of it before it remotely fills me up. Seems like I require fat and protein to feel any kind of satisfaction, is it just me?

Best protein bar I've ever had, it tastes so good, I actually crave it and the chocolate is so velvetty and smooth and melts in your mouth! Great for some quick nutrition.

I'm not eating enough yall!!! I've tried to add rice to my foods to get complex carbs so I won't be as hungry but 2 hours later yesterday I was hungry again... I'm trying to keep my carbs on the lower side but idk..... I ended up drinking another protein shake and eating another serving of organic brown rice... *sigh*

not at all. fruit, especially of the higher glycemic index, just creates a quick insulin spike. good for energy, not good for long term satiety. as you've already noticed, snack on protein or fats

more whole protein. you can just increase your portion size of whatever meat or protein you're eating see above post about satiety
(not to push low carb on anyone at all, just saying to be fuller, longer, carbs aren't going to do it.) (and i don't mean stuffed full, just not being hungry every hour)
