I got up and went to the gym and felt much better afterwards. Been eating good today. Bought some organic brown rice and ate it. It tasted good by itself! I cooked enough to last me a couple days based on serving sizes..


Debating on taking kickboxing classes next month...

This evening, I am lying on the couch with NO energy to do anything. My Yorkie is also sleeping on my lap.LOL 

I worked out hard Saturday and Sunday; maybe, my body is telling me that I need some rest.  I really had plans on doing some form of exercise.  

I feel like my seasonal allergies are starting but IT'S TOO EARLY FOR THEM!!!Ouch

Towards the end of last year, I drank 1 big bottle of wine every single night for more than 2 months. I drank more on the weekends. From Jan 1 - now, i've had 3 small bottles.  You can do it.

I made my grocery shopping list for the juicing, all I have is a blender so I have a feeling its going to be more like chunky liquid than juice. I watched "fat, sick and nearly dead" with my bff, I really want to see what juicing can do for my health, I have a few medical issues that my doctor can't figure out and I can't afford anymore tests.

Going to go get in 40 min of cardio and then eat some oven baked chicken and rice.

I'm a night owl so snacking is where my calories come from unfortunately. I'm trying to find fruit or something low cal to munch on at night.
