I feel like I need to go on the cabbage soup diet or something, because I don't really buy fruits and veggies because since I've moved, I'm not located near anything organic and I refuse to consume regular supermarket produce. I've not tasted an apple or any other fruit since October. I barely get any veggies. I am so depressed living in Canada, I feel like I'll only truly be healthy if I move back home.
So to lose weight, I might have to go on a soup diet or something, because I find myself cooking way too many carbs.

I have come a long way in my weight loss journey. I have lost 40 pounds since May of last year. I still have more weight that I want to lose and become more toned. Being healthy and in shape should be important to everyone. I look good and feel good about my body on the inside and out. Sometimes I feel like I haven’t lost that much but looking at old pics make me realize I have come a long way. astefabovetherest

I will do this with you, I may get real cranky and short with people but oh well. I'll start tonight because I just made myself some whole wheat pasta and pesto with chicken  . I needed energy for my run.

Sort of. I don't eat meat, but I eat cheese, and drink cow's milk. I eat fish.
When my lease is up in October, I'll be looking for a place closer to the Jewish community because of the Kosher food.

this week's plan: monday - hip hop cardio tuesday - hip hop cardio wednesday - leg day thursday - hip hop cardio? friday - saturday - show off progress  , i need to make a plan for exercising at the hotel's gym
