I am with you Southern; I need a better blender so I can do green smoothies in the a.m. before work. I got several good recipes off http://www.simplegreensmoothies.com
But my current blender does not chop the greens well so I get green pieces in the smoothie.  |

Every evening after work, I NEED a glass of red wine or I will be a beast  . Trust me, it is not a good look for me without that glass of wine.

Towards the end of last year, I drank 1 big bottle of wine every single night for more than 2 months. I drank more on the weekends. From Jan 1 - now, i've had 3 small bottles. You can do it.
