giving up milk even though it was always semi or skimmed

id said i was going to start doing calves every weight day and so far ive been good.
i just need to up the reps to 25 for 4 sets
im also varying the type of calf exercise per session (apart from leg day where its 3) so one day it might be donkey calves on a leg press machine, the other day standing calf raise the other seated calf raises etc etc so i dont get bored.
im also doing them at the start of the workout so i dont miss them
i already have above decent calves i just want to dial in the separation and bulk
