With regard to meals, the hardest part for me is dinner. I am good about breakfast and lunch because I usually plan those meals in advance.  With dinner, I graze in the kitchen with no plan.Thumbs Down

I ate horrible over the past 3 days... Ugh... I did still work out but it defeats the purpose if I'm not eating like I should...

About to get my ass up and get to this gym.. gotta get these 10 pounds off for my goal this month..
