2moro is my official weigh in day. I'm very close to my goal. My scale jumps +/- .4 to 4lbs sometimes and I don't know why. But going by the MOST consistent number, I may be just 10 more lbs closer to my goal. Really just 5-10lbs, but using that last 5lbs to play with as I wean myself off this low carb diet. I do feel like I slacked this week too, since injuring my leg.

id said i was going to start doing calves every weight day and so far ive been good.

i just need to up the reps to 25 for 4 sets

im also varying the type of calf exercise per session (apart from leg day where its 3) so one day it might be donkey calves on a leg press machine, the other day standing calf raise the other seated calf raises etc etc so i dont get bored.

im also doing them at the start of the workout so i dont miss them

i already have above decent calves i just want to dial in the separation and bulk

Do you guys mind if I join in?  I need to get rid of 20lbs and tone up. I started an exercise reggie about 2 weeks ago and also added diet to it.  I have been stalking this thread for inspiration but I want to join in as well.  I feel like I have been losing and gaining the same 20lbs for the last 5 or so years.  

I am now about to be 44 this year and the gains have been more and the loses less. As I look around at other women my age who did not have weight/health issues in their 20s and 30s, these ladies are having them now.  

Long story short, I want to get in a good place and be consistent about it.Smile
