Okay here me out again Southern LOL... the best time to work the ab fat is the morning when they are cold.
 
Wear a weight belt backwards, warm up and then do some intense cardio and get your heart rate up (5-10min) then go directly into your ab session,after you ab session finish off with some cardio.
 
Sound crazy but trust me on this one. Stern Smile

The good and bad side of losing wight:

Good-
I have more clothing choices
Was told by a store clerk they only carry plus sizes in their store (I think have a big butt LOL lady!)
More energy
Best of all for me...no more high blood pressure. No more chest pains and worrying of a heat attack

Bad-
Nothing fits anymore
Everything is starting to sag Angry

I won't lie, I miss hamburgers and McDonald's fries. I miss M&M's but I would not trade it for the healthier life I have now.
