Question: work out more or less? i've been doing 6x/week (3 days weight, 3-4 days hip hop cardio)
I was thinking of bumping it up to 2-a-days for the next week

It is all based on how much you have to lose?
 
If you have 20 or more to go then you are doing way to much. You need to save something for that last 10 pounds. That is what will be tough.
