I need something refreshing to do. I love lifting but I'm bored at the moment.
Almost considered cross fit Confused but I ain't allabout throwing ish around.
 
Going to check out some kettleball work.

Todays workout just to get myself moving..
  • Body-Weight Rows - 15 reps
  • Body-Weight Squats - 25 reps
  • Pushups - 15 reps
  • Jumping Jacks - 50 reps
  • Mountain Climbers - 20 reps
  • Close-Grip Pushups - 10 reps
  • Body-Weight Rows - 15 reps

    my body thinks its about to stall 4-8 lbs from my mini-goal.
    it has another thing coming

    hear me out.. eat high carbs for a day or two , the following day drop the carbs (low to no carbs)

    note i've been on a low fat, low carb diet for a month and half so the most i've had is strawberries, grapefruit, apples, and of course vegetables

    i bought some greek yogurt today to shake things up lol


    it's either listen to my body and take a break from the diet. move to next phase (maintenance)
    or shake things up in some kind of way and continue on.

    You can do both maintain for about two weeks or shake it up.
     
    How many carbs are you eating at the moment.

    You now what Southern, I take it back a couple of high carbs days may backfire. Since, you've been low carbing it fo sooo long. You should work your way back up to maintenance and stay there for a week or two.
