I feel better today....I think changing my BC is the primary reason for my emotional changes. I worked out for about 1 hour and 30 minutes yesterday. 

Doing zumba today.... Smile

Go hunnyB! I've been working out most days. I've been doing taebo + the other challenges. I think there's a bhm fab ab one, and a squat challenge. I tried the plank one. Whoa! those are killer.

I had to go ham on somebody this morning. Went and ate a big ass carne asada burrito AND mexi twists SMDH. I will be doing and EPIC workout this evening Cry

completed a chest workout

incline barbell, barbell press, d/bell press, incline flies and pec deck s/s diamond pushups
