I feel better today....I think changing my BC is the primary reason for my emotional changes. I worked out for about 1 hour and 30 minutes yesterday.

Go hunnyB! I've been working out most days. I've been doing taebo + the other challenges. I think there's a bhm fab ab one, and a squat challenge. I tried the plank one. Whoa! those are killer.
