@ Southern.. I use the flax meal, it's just easier to me.
I don't use maca for booty purposes. Maca actually helps you build muscle, helps regulate hormones and boost energy for pre weighted session. Most people will not see the full benefits of maca because they are using it the wrong way. You just can't take maca and wait for results. Maca helps me with my menstrual cycle greatly and keeps my breastessess full. I haven't noticed any booty improvements.

I love jump roping since I hate running I need an actual set exercise though and would love to know the equivalent in running or loss in cals you know?

I started using kettle bells but I do drop squats am I supposed to raise the bells over my head?

I changed my Birth Control.....I've been feeling slightly off and sort of depressed for the past 2 days....I fell back into a very very destructive habit and I should talk to someone about it....but I'll just carry on.


I think I'll run til I'm red in the face today...2 miles..
