They are great for you Southern !
 
I usually put chia, flax and maca mixed in my green smoothie. Great for your skin.
 
They are sold in small little bags in the Hispanic aisle in the supermarket depening on your location. Actually quite expensive.

i have a heck of a time grinding flax. do you buy them pre-ground? 
are you taking the maca to get bootylicious?  (let me just point out that spell check recognizes that as a real wordLOL)

I use flax oil. Aint got time for the grinding, or the chunks. They sell bottles at Trader Joes.

@ Southern.. I use the flax meal, it's just easier to me.
I don't use maca for booty purposes. Maca actually helps you build muscle, helps regulate hormones and boost energy for pre weighted session. Most people will not see the full benefits of maca because they are using it the wrong way. You just can't take maca and wait for results. Maca helps me with my menstrual cycle greatly and keeps my breastessess full. I haven't noticed any booty improvements.

I love jump roping since I hate running I need an actual set exercise though and would love to know the equivalent in running or loss in cals you know?

I started using kettle bells but I do drop squats am I supposed to raise the bells over my head?
