What are the benefits of incorporating chia seeds in your diet ?
 Anonymous

Hey :) Tons of awesome benefits! It balances your blood sugar levels, ensuring strong and consistent energy throughout the day. When your levels aren’t balanced (if you’re eating too many sweets or unbalanced meals lacking nutrients) you crash (fatigue, moodiness, low energy, depression, insomnia) more often! The Omega-3 oils in the Chia seeds give you beautiful glowing skin, hair and nails. The anti-oxidants keep your skin tight and youthful as well as your immune system strong and steady. Also, when your body is deficient in nutrients, it will crave more sugar and snacks. Chia seeds help cut down on those intense cravings! Those are just a few of the main benefits! You can drink it in your water, sprinkle some over your cereal and oatmeal. Or throw in a spoonful into your smoothies (that’s what I do!). Make sure you buy the kind that is already ground, so your body can absorb it better. Hope that helps <3

Yeah, I love chia seeds.

Add them to my morning smoothie.

And coconut water is a great post workout  drink. Better than pp powder.

They are great for you Southern !

I usually put chia, flax and maca mixed in my green smoothie. Great for your skin.

They are sold in small little bags in the Hispanic aisle in the supermarket depening on your location. Actually quite expensive.

@ Southern.. I use the flax meal, it's just easier to me.
I don't use maca for booty purposes. Maca actually helps you build muscle, helps regulate hormones and boost energy for pre weighted session. Most people will not see the full benefits of maca because they are using it the wrong way. You just can't take maca and wait for results. Maca helps me with my menstrual cycle greatly and keeps my breastessess full. I haven't noticed any booty improvements.
