Worked out today. Little cardio and worked upper body. Starting to see subtle changes in my body. Don't know my weight but I've lost an inch in my waist.. It's starting to get easier to get out to bed and go work out. My body has gotten a little stronger. I'm getting there slowly but surely. I'm happy.

What are the benefits of incorporating chia seeds in your diet ? AnonymousHey :) Tons of awesome benefits! It balances your blood sugar levels, ensuring strong and consistent energy throughout the day. When your levels aren’t balanced (if you’re eating too many sweets or unbalanced meals lacking nutrients) you crash (fatigue, moodiness, low energy, depression, insomnia) more often! The Omega-3 oils in the Chia seeds give you beautiful glowing skin, hair and nails. The anti-oxidants keep your skin tight and youthful as well as your immune system strong and steady. Also, when your body is deficient in nutrients, it will crave more sugar and snacks. Chia seeds help cut down on those intense cravings! Those are just a few of the main benefits! You can drink it in your water, sprinkle some over your cereal and oatmeal. Or throw in a spoonful into your smoothies (that’s what I do!). Make sure you buy the kind that is already ground, so your body can absorb it better. Hope that helps <3

Yeah, I love chia seeds. Add them to my morning smoothie. And coconut water is a great post workout drink. Better than pp powder.
