HIIT in my opinion is very effective, jumping rope is a great exercise

i agree...when i dont have time to do anything i do a quick HIIT workout or jumprope...it really makes me lean

i dont run, so my pumas are my boos, followed by my nikes

i use one scoop pre and during weights
1 scoop pre cardio, and 1 during/immediately after cardio

no rhyme or reason, just the way it works out. cardio makes me thirsty
