Now I'm 25 down...
I've lost 3 inches in my chest, 3 in my waist, and 1/2 an inch in my hips
My core exercises are realllly working....It feels stronger

congratulations what were you doing to lose again? i can't remember | I started with Atkins and lost weight....I didn't want to have high cholesterol or get kidney stones so I changed it up.
Now I mostly juice, eat salads, fruit, tuna, and chicken.
I think Atkins really jump started things for me.
I also added more cardio to my week.

Southern and Hunny, congrats girls! Hunny, do you do any weights and stuff? I'm cool with the cardio, but I need to do weights. If so, I'ma go ahead and volunteer you to be my trainer. I'll pay you in gum ...after I get over the idea of seeing you at the gym
