Now I'm 25 down...Big smile

I've lost  3 inches in my chest, 3 in my waist, and 1/2 an inch in my hipsLOL

My core exercises are realllly working....It feels stronger

I started with Atkins and lost weight....I didn't want to have high cholesterol or get kidney stones so I changed it up.

Now I mostly juice, eat salads, fruit, tuna, and chicken.

I think Atkins really jump started things for me.

I also added more cardio to my week.
