I lost 1.8 pounds this past week...making it a grand total of 7 pounds so far!!!Approve

Going to the gym after the kids school open house tonite.

I hit a plateau last week, but this week has been decent

Well, I have lurked both of these threads and I have decided that I will post.
 
I have lost 12 pounds for the month of January.
I have seem to have hit a plateau.. BC I have not lost anything this week yet. I weighed myself last week and was -12 pounds..
 
Scale said the same thing today... *le sigh*

It is normal to have a stall, it might last a week or two but then you start to lose again if you keep eating right and working out.

Does anyone else find milk in particular to be fattening? I always lose weight when I cut down on milk regardless of what else I'm eating, it is really strange.
