I downloaded the Nike Training App and did 30 minutes of their training/cardio...I pushed myself too far cause I threw up afterwards but my legs feel great Big smile

Question: Is it better to drink milk or water with whey powder after a workout? 

I have almond and rice milk (I hate regular milk) and usually my workouts are right before I head to bed so I'm not eating for the rest of the night. I don't need bulk, I already have muscle I'm just working on losing fat.
