i have a pull bar like in p90x. it just sits on my door. i've done 1 or 2 successful pullups in the last year 


wait, i lied, none of them were successful. i just rejoiced that i pulled myself up a few inches  cms

I went grocery shopping

Spent 80 bucks


I bought tons of fresh fruit, spinach, whole wheat bagels, eggs, veggies, fresh shrimp and chicken and a host of other fresh foods.

No more processed junk and sweets. I almost bought a delectable chocolate cake but I resisted

I have another question:
If i decrease my caloric intake and up my weight training, will this diminish muscle, make them tougher ie harder or not do anything but increase endurance?

that should just allow you to maintain the muscle that you do have and increase your muscle endurance
