you're right, i automatically assumed they weren't doing full body weight training
in that case, i'd say squat, dead left, bench press, do some pull ups if you can and throw whatever else cuz you feel like it

I went grocery shopping
Spent 80 bucks
I bought tons of fresh fruit, spinach, whole wheat bagels, eggs, veggies, fresh shrimp and chicken and a host of other fresh foods.
No more processed junk and sweets. I almost bought a delectable chocolate cake but I resisted

yeah that will work the shoulders enough and as long as the muscles are being stimulated in some way o/t my pull ups suck

the shoulders get worked enough when you train chest and back hard enough
front delts on all pressing and sometimes curling movements
and the rear delts on all pulling/ back movements
for someone with weak delts i would have said that there above and then throw in side laterals for the v taper.
however, 90% of the time you dont know what your body will respond to unless you trial and error

i have a pull bar like in p90x. it just sits on my door. i've done 1 or 2 successful pullups in the last year
wait, i lied, none of them were successful. i just rejoiced that i pulled myself up a few inches cms
