You dont need a person. At first I was tightening mine myself, which takes about 1.5 mins.. and then I learned the doorknob trick.. it works PERFECTLY and doesnt involve awkward hand positioning you do the "bunny ear" or "reverse bunny ear" lacing method when you first buy it (forgot which one I used) and then when you wear it, hook the loops onto both sides of an open doorknob and lean forward with all your weight. Works GREAT Lol sounds weird, maybe i can find a video.. and congrats on the weight!!!

Heres what I mean, except she did hers on one side of the door. Just imagine doing this, but on a regular door knob. but with the door open and one string on each knob
