i kinda wish a new people who worked out because i always have to google or figure stuff out on my own.  i was so weak a few days ago and couldnt figure out why until someone upstairs asked me about my protein levels in relation to my hair (mid-shaft splits) and i was likeoff i went to google.  forced myself to eat some protein and was back to my old self.

class was cool tonight. the instructor invited the new guys to come up and chat with him afterwards. he blabbed about calories and what diet plans he thinks are best (WW and Nutrisystem, don't do low-carb, etc). I guess that's cool if you're a nutrition newbie. funny cuz I had on a ___ ___ University Medicine shirt and don't fully subscribe to calories in-calories out anymore.

@afro, i drank the x-tend before and during class. it's an okay taste. a little sweet.
not sure that it gave me more energy or anything but since i'm on a low calorie diet I hope it spares my muscles as it says. Maybe i'll feel it more when lifting

also, i felt a little full at the beginning of my workout even though I hadn't eaten since 12 noon

Cookies and cream protein is so tasty. I have plain protein and that crap is so nasty but cheaper than flavored stuff.

This is for those that think people might stare at them at the gym
