Goals this month are to eliminate white: rice, potatoes, flour. Avoid sweets, do at least 15 mins of HIIT daily, continue weight training.

I really hate to 'exercise'. I get bored, all I can think about it how much it burns, and how tired I am. In school I had fun being on sport teams, and I was in much better shape. I'm wondering if maybe I should join a class or something, but I like the convenience of working out at home.

ROTATE YOUR GREENS

Rotating greens can:
  • optimize the nutritional content you get from green smoothies
  • help you get a more balanced amount of vitamins and minerals
  • strengthen your immune system thanks to the alkaloids found on leafy greens
  • prevent alkaloid build-up
  • provide unique phytonutrients that you might not get at all, or in smaller amounts, by eating only one or two types of leafy green
  • balance pH in your body
  • support a healthy digestion system
  • increase your energy
More leafy green options:
  • beet greens
  • bok choy
  • celery
  • collard greens
  • dandelion greens
  • kale (red, green and black)
  • lambquarters
  • lettuce, all kinds
  • mixed baby greens
  • mustard greens
  • sprouts
  • swiss chard
  • turnip greens
  • herbs (basil, cilantro, mint, parsley)
