^^ Oh wow, I feel you. I had foot tendinitis? (or something, I forgot what my doctor said) and was sidelined for a few weeks (about 4). Congrats on your foot healing. How long were you out? Did you feel like you lost a lot of conditioning?

I was could not run for about 3 or 4 months.  I suffered with the pain every morning when I first got out of bed. I still try to keep up with the exercises for my heels now.  I do feel that it is harder to get back in shape because I am afraid of re injury.Angry

I just realized I hate yoga. I can only do workouts that are fast paced and the time flies. Kickboxing, ftw
