my biggest goals would be to tone up my thighs and get my butt back.. but i also want more strength in my arms.. i used to always neglect them (in the gym, not in dance though) 

i kinda wanna try the weight gain thing again but i need to go slower.. i gained too fast last time and even though i was consistent with heavy weights it wasn't as much muscle as i wanted it to be. 
i only wanna gain like 10-15 pounds then cut fat.. I'm not sure though cus I'm scared of my face getting bigger

Y'all my squat regimen is crazy.... My butt sits a lil higher now and I went from 48 inches to 49.5 inches in like 2 months.... 

I'm starting Atkins induction tomorrow (againLOL) to lose 14 lbs. by February

Walk/jog... Squats10 standard (heels)+ 10 Weighted(in heels) +10 one legged + 10 pulsing +15 jumping sumo=55squats.... 30 minutes of yoga/stretching/cool down ... 30 minute Epsom salt soak... I feel great! Ready for a nap and more studying... I may do a low impact YouTube interval tonight if Botany and Spanish will allow it siiiigh!
