I had a 2 hour workout last night

7:00 - 7:15 ~ TREADMILL
7:15 - 8:00 ~ UPPER Body
8:00 - 8:30 ~ Lower Body
8:30 - 8:45 ~ Core
8:45 - 9:00 ~ Stair Climber with leg lifts

idk what it is thats stopping me from really getting back consistent… 
its seems so hard but its really mind over matter

random fitness thought: I don't know about anybody else but my motivation for working out is to look sexy as lol

..but I've found that when I focus too much on my aesthetic goals, it's really easy for me to get impatient and not appreciate the little bits of progress I make

I need to refocus my energy on just having good form and enjoying my workouts more

This is my problem as well. However, as time goes on i've learned to appreciate and love the way I feel after working out. That has kept me going.
