Good luck. I'll let you try them out and report back. LOL. How much weight are you using with your walking lunges? I work out at home and I need to get a set of weights. Trying to decide a regular adjustable set or the resistance band set like bodylastics..Hmmmmm

How are yall accomplishing that workout? Treadmill, then jumping off to do burpees and such? Or on a track? I confused.

I do it on a treadmill and then pause it...the pause usually gives me 60 seconds to complete the exercises off the treadmill

towards the end I'm slower so the treadmill stops when the 60 seconds have elapsed but i just restart it

but damn if muscles aint twitch

ive been trying to keep mobile.. they take some getting used to ..
