I had a stall d/t that injury I mentioned, but I'm 40lbs down, and close to my lowest. I'm happy with my weight now guys!! Praise the Lord!! I'm still having occasional "food" (binges) problems but I've gotten to the point that I can fix what ever gains I get. I like exercising regularly now, but I haven't in a while but take short walks with my puppy, and even THAT is very painful cus of my injury. I'm just scared of gaining weight back.
I decided to not be "dieting" or stay on Atkins "for life" (there's a plan by that name), since I love rice. I decided to do food exchanges and if I can't maintain my weight that way, then I'll make some changes, lose the extra, and make more cuts. For e.g., I LOVE rice and bread. I decided I'm not budging on the rice, I HATE brown rice, so I'll keep eating white rice, but give up white bread, cut down on chocolate/sweets, eat more fruits and veggies, regular exercises when I can tolerate it, and increase the work-out if I want to indulge. By indulging, I'll eat the "healthier" version of whatever it is.

I noticed I'm taking more of her shape. I want to start corseting for a smaller waist. My Legs look like hers now. I'm too lazy to unbuckle this new corset I got.Ouch

I'd suggest wedges instead or something with a broader. Heel

Balance is often key either way

Bb train in heels to hyper extend the quads creating a greater contraction on the active part of squats of stiff legged dead lifts

Also heels engage the calves, if you notice women in heels always have some sexy ass calves
