Yes.. I drink "365 Whey protein powder" you can find it at whole foods and sometimes traders joes. Chocolate is the best flavor.

muscle milk,
optimum whey
just make sure your whey is pure whey with no additional products such as glutamine etc etc and other additives as that often gives the after taste

So I kinda went off the good eating train for a few days while I was out of town and I swear I kept thinking about this thread lol.
I'm 1.5lbs off my 3/1 goal but I still lost some pounds since 2wks ago. Praise Oprah I'm back in the 150s.

I just did 35 minutes running even though, I was only scheduled to do 25 today. Im really proud. I think I do better when I run outside. When I do the indoor track, I count by mile, but when I run outside, I count by time. I think counting by time allows me to pace myself better. Im not worried about getting the miles done fast, Just about getting it done the full time.

I dragged myself to Zumba today even though it kicked my butt last time. It wasn't as bad but still a bit intense. I thought about registering for "Zumba Gold" but idk if it'll be like a geriatric class.

I just had a donut...........and on friday night I consumed illegal amounts of pizza and green apple smirnoffs .
Im going to resume my morning yoga routine tomorrow, and do some cardio during my break between classes.
correction: my night of gluttony was friday, not saturday.

Yesterday, I had a gordita real mexican style all cheesy and ish.. I felt so guilty ! But, this is real life and I am not going to eat 100% on all the time and no one should expect that from themselves. MODERATION is key right !!!!!!!! I am back on plan as of today, all of my food is ready to go and workout is scheduled for this evening. My muscles were so sore for three days straight .. I think that is a sign of weak post w/o nutrition. OH, I am down for page 130 progress pics.
