I'm so sorry for your loss. I too have been in mourning for my dear edges. The less tension applied to my edges the better but to me it feels like nothing is helping.
How long have you been trying to restore them? What have you tried?
Oh hey girl! I've been struggling with my edges for about 5 to 6 years. I did get really sick a few years ago and am still dealing with that but I feel that my efforts since then are not helping much. I've tried castor oil, monistat, scalp rubs, styles with little to no tension and IMO nothing is really helping.
I say that I feel like nothing is helping but maybe that is just me compared to all these healthy, thick hairlines I see all over the net. I honestly believe that something else is going on because NONE of the hair on my body is really growing.....for instance I shave my legs once a month and I barely need to do that
Sooooooooooooooo I'm back on the vitamin d and b12 trail for now; i'm not doing that for my hair but now that i type this response to you i remember that when i got sick my neuro stated that vitamin d was seriously lacking in my body and i remember good results in energy and circulation in general once i started taking it in EXTRA LARGE DOSES. my hair grew fast and i knew it because i big chopped while i was recovering.
Geez i feel like i rambled.....
