I apologize for the long post...The main point here
is don't stress it and love your body as if it was already
the exact way you want it and you will see faster results,
Change the way you SEE your body and FEEL about your
body, it WILL change for the better!
Main point and details
I fell off for a min. I got back on cause I dropped down less
than when I was in high shcool
126 (lot of stress)...
I started gaining but got stuck at 133, I stop stressing it
and just did what I remembered to do and ate a lot. I
weighed my self again at work 2-3 weeks later and I am
I didn't notice it til I put on some jeans
that were slightly big on me and had no a$$ in, now I have
a$$ in them! I notice my breast are fuller now, too.
The best motivation that I have found is not to stress about it,
you will start to see changes and that will really get you motivated!
Just set 5-10 mins a day for 2 weeks to clear your mind and picture
yourself with your dream body, feel good about it, when you
bathe as you clean your body talk to it and tell it you love it, tell
it what you love about it. Like, 'I love you 36D cup breast', 'I love
you 27 inch waist', 'I love you 47 inch hips and butt', and so forth.
These are my goal measurements ^^^and this is what I tell my body.
Right after I get out the tub I massage the oil I made in my hips, booty,
and breast. I have a skin roller but I forget to use it sometimes.
Then I take my supplements. Right now I have not been exercising
so to say, I have been mostly in gain mode and will do small spurts
of upper body exercise so I don't gain there (I have a banana/apple
body type). When I gain enough I will start weight training though.
Anyway, I apologize that this is such a long post, but EVERYTHING IS
MIND, and we need to learn to start controlling it. It is VERY powerful
I have come so far just this quick because I have changed my mind
about my body! The Law of Attraction is REAL!
