not for me, and I tend to try to be very open minded with the whole
"well you know it's a cultural thing". I wouldn't pierce a baby's ears
either. I got my ears pierced when I was 3, but I clearly remember it so
I wouldn't do it any earlier than that.
Foot binding used to be a cultural custom as well...doesn't mean that the custom should be reintroduced.
