I don't think they're saying it def won't work...they're just letting women know it's less effective after that benchmark therefore it isn't recommended for them.

That's what I thought, I tried to follow my doctor also. I told my doctor he needs a chart for yt women and a different one for us because if I followed his current chart, I'd look sick.

And most of us arent interested in looking like a 12 year old boy. Confused
