I did a molasses/honey/cayenne pepper/olive and peppermint oil treatment. Lawd between the Peppermint oil and cayenne pepper I KNOW I stimulated my folicles...it tingled the WHOLE time...lol. I left it on maybe about 10 minutes or so. I hope to leave it on longer next time. I also used this horse conditioner named Vetrolin...and then used a LITTLE Mane 'n Tail as a leave in moisturizer before I sealed with grape seed oil. I'll let yall know how I like that too. I blow dried with cold air only then flat ironed (*hangs head* I am a habitual flat ironed and blow dryer) But its been since July 13th 2010 since my last relaxed...just don't have the heart to BC all this.

i used molasses with my conditioner last week i left it in my hair all night and when i woke up i washed it out. im not sure if i really see a difference with my shedding/breakage, but it was easier to comb out my hair, especially at the roots because i havent relaxed in about 20 weeks and normally id have to fight with the comb to get it in there.

ok i co-washed with molasses last night and saw only 6 strands of my hair come out after i was through combing my entire head which is completely unheard of for me! i usually shed off a golf ball size of hair. even as i finger comb my hair now, no hair is shedding/breaking, nada! so im definitely convinced now that it works and will continue to use it when i wash my hair.

After visiting this post, think I need to revisit my blackstrap molasses. Used to put it into all my cond but I've been so lazy.. . I remember it working best in my moisturizing conditioners and not the protein ones.

this sound like meI had to put got2B flatiron to get in there. it may have made the ends heavy. I tried black tea it worked the first time but as I was getting it braided today there was strands here & there. SOOOOOO I'm gonna try Molasses.... trying to go one yr w/o the creamy crack.... I'm at 8 mos.. .
