Mizani by default.  Never tried Keracare.

THey are both excellent salon quality products IMO. I like the following;

Keracare:
Humecto in the tub
*Moisturizing/detangling shampoo
Color care moisturizing shampoo/deep conditioner
Silken seal both the liquid and the serum

*They have reformulated the moisturizing shampoo, now it doesn't have any sulfates! I heard it's so moisturizing that it's like washing your hair with a conditioner! Lots of moisture and slip! Can't wait to use this one!

Mizani

Purphying shampoo (chelating/clarifying)
ButterBlends chelating/neutralizing shampoo--removes build yet keeps hair very soft!
Moisturfuse--very moisturizing conditioner

I really like Mizani! I use it in my salon and most of my stylists do too. I mean their whole like is ultra moisturizing yet does not leave your hair flat. Keracare is not one of my favs and their edge tamer is the worse!

mizani all the way for me.
but I do use Kera CAre leave in conditoner because I don't know of one that mizani carries.
but I like all of their products...especially the conditioners. even though I don't use spritz or gell or spray that often. their products have a strong herbal/sweet smell to them that makes me use less haha.

Keracare has my vote all the way.  I have tried Mizani products but my hair just does not like them.  This includes the relaxer.  My hair will only stay straight for about 3 weeks tops with Mizani.

update!
mizani has a leave-in conditioner JUST RELEASED!!!
it's called D'Tangle Leave-In Moisture Milk!
we'll see how it goes..and if it's better than Keracare's Leave-In.

they also realeased TODAY!! their Supreme Oil..so I'm scrambling to try them both!

I prefer Keracare over Mizani. Mizani is too harsh on my hair. Keracare always leaves my hair feeling soft and moisturized. I love it.

I've never tried either brands but I want to try both. I want to Mizani mainly because of the ceramides in basically all their products. This includes the foam wrap and the new Supreme Oil that they are releasing.

As for general hair care products, honestly they both play nice with my hair.
