You can get a 2 br 2 bath for like 750-950 here. The most expensive places I've seen here in atlanta might be like 2 grand, but it's gone be like 3 or 4 bedrooms in the best area.

it was... and it was a great neighborhood.

but it was a give and take situation...
I ended up on the short end of the stick. when it came to travel.
my neighborhood was not near anything..lol

it took me 2 hours to get to work.
b/c it took me nearly an hour to get to the nearest train station.

if i would have gotten the same apartment i had...closer to transportaion.. it would have been way more.

There are income restricted apartments that are REAALLLLLLY nice in my state......5 star apt for 3 star price..hell po folks winnin if u ask me

I was looking for an apartment around where my parents live.....1,000+ for a small ass studio apartment. Stupid suburb prices!!

You could rent a 4BR, 3BA, office, sun room, 3 car garage, pool and clear view of a golf course "executive residence" for $1850 here.

i was near the water.. like my neighbors had boats in their yard. smh.

great neighborhood to raise a family in... just not near anything else.
