Random advice: If you miss a workout or mess up your diet, dont wait til tomorrow to start over. Do something about it now! Stop a craving/ binge by eating a really spicy pepper followed by a bunch of water. If it's late and you havent exercised all day, do a relaxing yoga workout
If you are to lazy to do anything, at least keep your tummy sucked in with stomach vacuums, if you can do them all day while sitting at the computer/ work/ school it'll improve your posture and really make your tummy flat.
