Hey yall, well i know we are all busy with our own body-type goals, but i thought to get ready for the new year it would be nice to start thinking bout some
NEW YEAR RESOLUTIONS or just random habits you want to break (or good habits you wan to start!

). There's no rules, this challenge is open all month until 1-1-2013.
Doesnt have to be a huge accomplishment, just a tiny thing you can change about yourself/ lifestyle everyday that will add up to a big difference in a month. Imagine if you cut out soda, your favorite candy bar, alcohol, cigarettes, etc for a month, or at least made an effort to! You can do something small like 10 situps during every commercial break or 25 squats 2x a day before you brush your teeth. By the time those holiday parties come around youll be lookin hot and feeling a lot more confident.
Anyway I Hope you ladies have some input, be creative, dont get bogged down thinking about some BIG CHANGE you have to make. Start small, so you'll be ready to go hard in the new year

Examples:
-stop biting nails
-cut out one junk food item
-cut down on one serving of junk food a day
-make sure to get 8-10 glasses of water everyday
-stretch more
-do a consistent booty/leg workout 3x a week all month
-take your pills/ apply cream on time everyday an hour before eating (for maximum absorption)
-teach yourself a new kind of workout
-make an inspiration board and write positive things on it often
-get off the computer, phone, any elctronics for an hour and workout
-work on hair growth
-find a lil 10-15 minute workout on tumblr and do it everyday while watching a TV show you love and can zone out to so you wont pay attention to being uncomfortable from exercising
