I have one of the nuetrogena ones. I did not buy any of the refills once it was finish. To me there is nothing special about it. It definately does not leave your face feeling the same as if you went to a dermatologist to get a microdermabrasion

To me it is the same think as a scrub. St Ives scrub might be cheaper with the same effect

I have the neutrogena one and it was a waste of my $. I used their microdermabrasion in a jar twice and went back to my old faithful... Olive oil and sea salt which hasnt failed me yet.

I had good results with the LIERAC kit - it's a bit pricey but worth it.

I pretty much swear by this stuff:

Dior Capture R60/80 Abrasion Rides (resurfacing wrinkle corrector).

I love love love love love love love love love love love love love love love LOVE it! It's kinda pricey and you need to use a special sunblock, but it gets twenty thumbs up from me! It lasts a long time, too. I've had mine for a little under a year and can probably still get 4-6 months out of it.. It has granules, so you use the scrub and then leave it on for 2 minutes cuz it also has like an enzyme (or something) effect as well.

This baby right here has pretty much made me a Dior skin care convert. I also use Mario Badescu's glycolic cleanser just to help keep my skin bright. I tend to mark easily so I have to keep my skin clear.

It says that it's for anti-wrinkles, but it's just a wonderful exfoliant. And its much more effective than anything else I've tried at home.
