Please Please Please....

Does anyone know of an EXCELLENT braiding shop in Atlanta with reasonable prices.

My hair is in that awkward in between stage, right below the chin and end of neck, and it's very difficult to style.

I would like to get braids for a while until it grows out longer. Does anyone know of any Atlanta braiders. Thanks

Thanks for the list.

I came here for reference because as I am out and about, I haven't seen many women with braids and the ones that I have seen looked a mess. I am kinda scared about trying them out here, but I want to up my workouts so braids it is for now.

I have gone to Aicha's....they do an excellent job with braids.

Aicha's Hair Braiding
http://yp.bellsouth.com/sites/aichamario/
4811 Old National Highway College Park, GA 30337
(404) 209-0302 (404) 761-7333

6718 Hwy 85 Suite #1 Riverdale, GA 30274
(770) 994-3007 (770) 361-3567

These are the two locations.  I went to the one in College Park.  It's an African place.  I got tree braids there and they lasted for about 2 months and looked excellent.  They provide the hair, but you can bring your own and the lady that did my hair took off #20 for buying my own hair.  I don't remember her name, but they all do a good job in there.

its when they basically when they cornrow your hair, leaving bits of hair out along the way..when its done, it looks like you have a full head of hair....I really liked mine.  Its a great braided style if you want the hair to hang loose.  it only taes about 3 hours or so.  I coudl email you a pic of when I had them done if you want.

Regina, I can't believe you still haven't gotten your hair braided.  I just went to a lady named Jennifer, I got my hair in microtwists, it looks just like microbraids except they are twisted instead of braided, she used wet and wavy human hair.  Her phone number is 678-886-3040.  Good luck on finding someone.

Oh, here is the link on tree braids, http://forum.blackhairmedia.com/forum_posts.asp?TID=14806&am p;am p;PN=1

If you are interested in tree bradis call Tegi at 770-210-3926, her prices are reasonable, she will be doing my tree braids once I take out my micro twist.

Oh good for you! What kind of style did you get? For that price I may need to get her number.
