Actually, I got that idea from watching one of the shows on the I.D. network
Can't remember what case it was but someone was kidnapped and the family and the police and had dropped off the ransom twice
Both times, the ransom was intercepted by civilians: both turned in the money to the police

oooh, someone should make a ransom spin off. i want to know what ppl would do if they were in that situation. they always say not to call the cops but i'd call the cops.

If I find $2000 or less, I'll turn it in...maybe 3gs...especially since it's tax time..
but 10 Stacks and up? I'd have YOLO tatted on my ass 2 hours later without any thought.
