also being that far along waiting until after you take the offer is pretty risky

why not tell once you get an offer?

I know someone that started their new job at 7 months but the job knew she was pregnant and was okay with her taking maternity leave soon after she started

also about pay, check the company's short term disability policy

many places have it so you can get paid on leave for 6 to 8 weeks at 100% if you have at least worked their for a certain amount of time

so even if you can get short term disability if you are only there for a few months before you leave you may not get paid at 100% or paid at all

are you currently working? how long have you been at your current job and how much vacation and short term disability time do you currently have that you can use once you have the baby? how long did you want to be at home with your baby?

I was gonna add that too

If you really need the new job and they really want to hire but don't need you to start right away maybe you can start after the baby is born

you also have to consider their health care plans

are their plans better or worse than what you currently have?

you would have to ask these questions at least after they present an offer and before you accept

they job may pay more but the health care could be worse and you may not get paid for the time you are off with the baby
