And this is where their budget failed and was a work of pure imagination.

Again, the national/federal minimum wage needs to be raised to a livable one that reflects inflation.

They need to burn that and start over.

Where can pay $600 for rent. Also, if you're making minimum wage mostly likely your credit isn't the best therefore; your car note will be more than $150.00 a month.

Insurance $20.00 #onwhatplanet

$600 for rent, oh hell no they must be sharing a motel room for that much
I've been paying twice that since I was 17
McDonald's is horrible. They lie and tell their employees if they go to college, they will pay for their  textbooks

I wonder if this is to try to brainwash employees into thinking that their current wage is in fact "liveable" if only they "handle/budget" correctly

Reality won't let them fall for it though

Are customers prepared to spend more at McDs?  Can we expect the workers to be paid enough to live on and still have a $1 menu?

yes and no. yes if it just happens, no if they have time to complain/whine about it. to the latter--from my general experience, the majority of america is selfish when it comes to these issues. because america is too wrapped up and in love with the american dream, stratification and the middle class concept.

to admit the flaws in the system is apparently tantamount to saying that america/capitalism doesn't work. to criticize your govt/nation apparently makes you a bad citizen.

They said 2nd job and $0.00 for heating.Cry  How they gone....? If anybody got a second job it shouldn't count in these calcuations.  McDonalds need to figure McDonalds money only...not my footlocker money too.   what about folks that live in area's with seasons.  It get to be 15 below and I ain't got no money for heating?  Micky Dees know they ain't payin' nobody a livable wage.
