Too bad all the employees can't strike for better wages. I would say they need a union but most unions are extortionists...

just pointing out that these fast food and big box places can definitely stand to pay more.

 I feel like this is a repost but I cant be sure.  Things wont change until they unionize in some way shape or fashion... They would have to listen or they would lose a sh!t load of money.... you cant outsource that.

Costco pays 11+ everywhere and Starbucks pays pretty well too. I had to do a research assignment on both of them when I was in school and their philosophy is a world different than Mcdonalds. The CEO of Costco is pretty dedicated to paying his employees a living wage and he has a pretty modest salary in comparison to others.
