Fanny, Mel B, Gugu Mbata-Raw all look biracial to me but I can see why some would say they don't

off topic....whenever I am out to lunch by myself (which I do often) I hear a lot of people talking about current projects, future projects, career related stuff with their co workers (I eavesdrop)
is it weird that this is all I want to talk about at work....I don't want to discuss your personal problems or pop culture

No. At work and away from work, all I want to talk about is how to build opportunities and how to make & grow money. Seriously. I come to BHM, IG, etc for the fun & bs. I excuse myself from converations about pop culture etc at work and in social settings.

WF is in a very different situation
Where the majority of people are black and I'm guessing but more women than we might encounter at work here
So the topics would be different
I would never discuss or want to discuss pop culture with colleagues here, they can tell me about their families and I'll give words of support but that's as personal as it gets ...
I really don't want to know what's going on in their heads
