Ladies, grab your MN and let's make it grow what it grow!
March 1 - March 31, 2010
Use 2%MN, 4%MN, Combo Box Method or whatever MN combination you want.
For the month of March, we're growing with MN!!
Post your starting photo by March 1st - You're not "IN" until you post your photo...
then, Post your regimen, and List your arsenal...(Copy below)Shampoo: Conditioner: Deep Conditioner: Leave-In Conditioner: Moisturizer: Growth Aids: Essential Oils: Hair Oils: Vitamins: RULES:
- wash weekly (to avoid build-up)
- apply at least 2x weekly
- DC at least twice during the challenge
- keep hair moisturized
- Must use 2%MN, 4%MN, Combo Box Method, or any MN combination_______________________________________________________________ CHALLENGERS:

HOT twice a week
Wash weekly
Apply MN mix every day
if sheddin noticed, garlic treatment
Vitamin :
biotin 5mg every day

hey im in the February one and i wanna do this one too, but im not taking another length check photo til after 2 rounds. can i just post my other starting picture and note that it was 8 weeks of MN? if so i'm in!

 great im so in this one! im trying to redo my regi bc its still so cold out here can't believe im saying it but i miss our Louisiana warmth...more like Louisiana sizzle...lol but for the mixture mn megatek bee mine-sulfur emu oil megatek is the base for the mixture and I will be relaxing march 26 if i can make it...lol i have to stope playin in my new growth i can only imagine what i would be doing if i was natural i would be constantly all up in there ...  < id="gwProxy" ="">< ="jsCall();" id="jsProxy" ="">

Shampoo: ORS Aloe or Elasta QP creme conditioning
Conditioner: vo5
Deep Conditioner: Lustrasilk shea +mango +honey+evoo+coconut oil.. and maybe other stuff thrown in the mix
Leave-In: Diluted Conditioner+ oil
MN mix: wk 1-3 MN 4% +MT+Castor oil+surge moisture aide... on 4th week sulfur powder+ORS fertilizer +MN 2%+ castor oil
Hair Oils: castor oil/ shea butter
Vitamins: too many.. see fotki
Wash day (in cornrow) 1x a week- leave MTG under cap for 2-3 hours then cowash
Shampoo/ DC day 1x a month- Remove cornrows DC on dry hair then shampoo
updates in purple*

Ok I will post my pic 2morow.. I throw my Mn powder mix away. Now i mix 30g of MN 2% cream with 4oz of megatek and less than 1oz of castor oil with cayenne pepper.. Do you think its ok? Anyone here using a cayenne pepper mix?

Welcome everybody. How cool is it that we can all come together and bond over applying yeast infection cream to our heads, and exchange recipes for doing so? Funny when you think of it that way...LOL
Anyhoo - I need 5 inches and then I'll be in maintenance mode. I'm past APL and cut in layers with no intention of growing them out. Hoping that this challenge will bring me a spurt. I'll be using Nizoral shampoo for the month to see what happens. Will post new regimen shortly.
Oh - I've updated the challenger list. Anybody who wants in...C'Mon!
